This service consists of a home visit/walkthrough with the seller, which is followed with a detailed list of recommendations to make the house more appealing to buyers and show up great in the listing photos. Reducing your time on the market is our goal!

Staging isn't only for the potential buyer's experience while touring the home. It is also to make the listing photos compelling enough to get buyers in the door in the first place.
We understand how to create vignettes for optimizing both goals. RLD has inventory available for rent, and we partner with a large staging furniture rental company for larger projects.
