Off to a Wild Start

Life moves fast, as Ferris Bueller would say... except when it doesn't, which is what we hope for in summer. A slower pace, evenings on the patio with a cold drink- well in Phoenix that only works on patios that have misters, but you get what I mean.

The past week has been completely crazy in the Rill World and I didn't even have a chance to finish releasing the magazine. It's coming soon though!

Where is that slow pace, paella and my aperol spritz? Where is yours? How is your summer shaping up?

I can dream though, and I'm picturing myself entertaining on the patio with these sweet summer finds.

For anyone heading to the beach- did you know that Turkish towels are sand free? You can just shake it right off! Check these finds out- I love yellow all year, but especially in the summer. And- they would make sweet table covers under these gorgeous plates...

This summer Rill Life is all about working out, and I took a chance. Do you guys ever buy clothes from Amazon? I never had, but when I found out that this 4pk of shorts had a cell phone pocket and was under $10 per pair, I was sold. OMG they ARE great, and they come in other color combos besides this one, even some patterns. If you are working out often you need a supply of these- run, don't walk and grab an assortment. This July I'm headed once again to Vegas for the market event at the design center. I'll see the latest trends and shop gifts and accessories too. I look forward to this all year!

This summer we got three free nights at the Sahara, which is actually one of my favorite Vegas hotels, the big style points outweigh the location factor. And now with the Fountainbleu and Resorts World close by, it isn't as isolated as it used to be.
